There're words that aren't even fit for an activist site that would best describe the below companies, whose business model is to quantify an engineering safety problem, then turn it into a revenue source rather than fixing it. A model that requires the safety defect to be sustained, because if they should attain the compliance they profess, their services would no longer be financially viable. Adding to this sociopathic behavior, they now teach municipalities how to further shorten the effect time of a yellow to increase citations returns and turn otherwise safe traffic movements into a more productive/profitable citation source.
